10 in 10 for 10 - Day Five

While I'm not liking my photos, I am liking this exercise: Since I've given myself these constraints of ten minutes and no editing, I've really got to dig deep to finish my homework. A photographic "moment" isn't likely to drop in during my designated ten minutes, since moments really must contain people in the image. I'm really having to open my eyes to light, symmetry, pattern, shapes and color. And I want to cheat. I wanna cheat so bad. But then I see the U-Haul truck that tells me "U can do it!"

I'm using this mosaic maker. I didn't bother reading the fine print, so I'm not sure if this mosaic maker steals your identity or soul or whatever... But it does make good mosaics.

And check out the fun here...

I am finding it very hard not to "fix" photos up a bit. I will resist! The forecast is dismal so lots of soggy photos to come!

Thanks for the link. Loving doing this challenge. I think I'm such an inept photographer, my good ones are always a result of luck more than skill that not fiddling with the controls on the camera is not a hardship!

I just joined in, I'm no photographer but I need to focus so I'm hoping this project will help. Thanks for hosting.
